But not for everyone: I have recently spoken to a simple country man: low-income, three children. He was just extending his house. When I asked him whether the roof would be put before winter, he replied that he was 1._ for cash. I could see an easy way out: he could have the roof before the money (and winter) comes by borrowing it from a bank! 1. _ loans are approved for buying or adaptation of real estate (something the man from the beginning of the story might well use!). Nowadays our banks started offering 14. _ loans. If you take them, you do not have to worry about guarantors but you have to keep in mind that your home may be 15. ____ if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
  • Car loans for purchase of new and used cars.

  • Revolving loans are used through credit cards as a universal instrument of paying the goods and services at all sales 16. _ as well as for 17. _ the cash at ATMs in the country and abroad. The major advantage of revolving loan is enabling the 18. _ to decide when and how much they will pay. Of course, prior to setting the loan limit, card user’s 19. _ will be assessed.

  • Beneficiaries of the loan, depending on their needs and financial situation, can indeed choose from a variety of options to avoid accumulating money during winter months in a house without a roof.
