vodstveno-računovodstvene razloge, na prvome mjestu nalaze se još Hypo Leasing, Peugeot Hrvatska, OTP Leasing, Blitz-Cinestar, M SAN Grupa itd. Ako pogledamo srednjoročne, petogodišnje trendove i opet za-nemarimo brodogradilišta, podaci o prosječnoj promjeni novostvorene vrijednosti od 2008. do 2012. pokazuju da su pobjednici na duge staze Crodux plin umirovljenoga generala Ivana Čermaka koji je, nakon oslobađanja na Haškom sudu, snažno ušao u energetski biznis u Hrvatskoj. Crodux plin je u pet godina uspio povećati novostvorenu vrijednost za 243,7 posto. Slijede ga riječka trgovačka kuća Brodokomerc nova, prijevoznik i jedan od jačih igrača u autobusnom prijevozu Čazmatrans-Nova te KT-Kinetics Technology, kompanija koja se bavi inženjerskim poslovima na izgradnji naftnih, plinskih i petrokiemijskih postrojenja te zadnja od 83 tvrtke koje su lani uspjele ući među 500 najboljih. Prema kriteriju produktivnosti, najviše je u pet godina narasla (75,8 posto) tvrtka Investco, brokerska kuća koja je tijesno povezana s koncernom Agrokor. Investco je treći najveći dioničar Konzuma sa šest posto udjela u najvećem domaćem maloprodajnom lancu; početkom ove godine Investco je u Konzumu imao vlasnički udjel veći od deset posto, no 5,3 posto dionica prodano je Agrokoru početkom ove godine. Ugovori o prodaji dionica Agrokorovih kompanija samom Agrokoru pozitivno su djelovali na Investcovo poslovanje od 2008. naovamo.

Metalci kao dobra vijest\n\nNa vrhu liste 50 tvrtki koje su u posljednjih pet godina uspjele znatno povećati produktivnost jesu i Hoteli Cavtat koje je ove godine preuzela hotelijerska kuća Liburnia Riviera Hoteli, što su u LRH ocijenili pozitivnim poslovnim potezom koji omogućava stvaranje preduvjeta za sinergijske efekte. U društvu Investca i Hotela Cavtat našlo se i Lovno gospodarstvo Moslavina, u vlasništvu Agrokora, ABS Sisak, odnosno sisacka željezara koja se ove godine pod tim imenom prvi put pojavila na listi 500 najboljih, ali i državna Agencija Alan za uvoz i izvoz oružja itd. Na 11. mjestu po petogodišnjem rastu novostvorene vrijednosti i na 10. mjestu po rastu produktivnosti nalazi se OBI trgovina pod kojom u Hrvatskoj posluje poznati njemački trgovački lanac OBI za gradnju i dom. Zanimljivo je da se sada, nakon šest godina poslovanja, razmatra povlačenje OBI-ja s hrvatskog tržišta. U skladu s općim trendovima smanjenja i pada u odnosu na prethodne godine, i zadnji na najnovijoj listi 500 najboljih kompanija prema svim je pokazateljima manji. Prethodno je izdanje 500 najboljih zatvorio Renault Nissan Hrvatska s novostvorenom vrijednošću od 3,3 milijuna eura, dok ovo izdanje na 500. mjestu zatvara Primabiro iz Čakovca s 2,8 milijuna eura novostvorene vrijednosti. Unatoč padu tog pokazatelja Renault je ostvario bolji plasman smjestivši se na 487. mjesto aktualne liste, a Primabiro, još jedna međimurska metaloprađivačka tvrtka, pala je s 475. na zadnje mjesto. Unatoč tomu metaloprađivački sektor i njegov rast jedna su od najboljih vijesti na listi najboljih u 2012. Nadamo se da će to biti jedan od dugoročnih trendova za sljedećih pet ili deset godina, a pad takvih proizvodnih i izvoznih tvrtki na listi najboljih samo iznimka.\n\nIf we look at mid-term, five-year trends, and disregard the shipyards once more, data on average change of added value from 2008 till 2012 show the long-term winner to be Crodux plin, owned by the pensioned general Ivan Čermak who, after being acquitted from the Hague Court, fiercely entered the energy business in Croatia. Crodux plin managed to increase its added value by 234.7% within five years. It is followed by the commercial company Brodokomerc nova from Rijeka, the bus company and one of the key players in the bus transport business Čazmatrans-Nova, and KT-Kinetics Technology, whose activities are engineering and construction of oil, gas and petrochemical plants and which is the last of 83 companies which succeeded in entering the best 500 club last year.\n\nWith regard to the productivity criterion, the company to grow the most was Investco (75.8%), a brokerage tightly connected with the Agrokor concern. Investco is the third largest shareholder of Konzum with a six percent share in the largest domestic retail chain; in the beginning of this year, Investco’s share in Konzum was more than ten percent, but 5.3% of shares were sold to Agrokor in the beginning of the year.\n\nContracts on the sale of shares of Agrokor’s companies to Agrokor itself have had a positive effect on Investco’s business operations from 2008 onwards.\n\nMetalworking industry as good news\n\nAt the top of the list of 50 companies which succeeded in significantly increasing their productivity in the past five years is also Hoteli Cavtat, which were taken over this year by the hotel company Liburnia Riviera Hoteli, which was judged by LRH to be a positive business move enabling the creation of conditions for synergy effects. Next to Investco and Hoteli Cavtat stand Lovno gospodarstvo Moslavina, owned by Agrokor; ABS Sisak, or the Sisak ironworks appearing this year on the best 500 list for the first time under that name; but also the state Agency Alan for import and export of weapons etc.\n\nThe 11th place with regard to five-year growth of added value and the 10th place with regard to productivity growth are taken by OBI trgovina, under which name the renowned German retail chain OBI for home improvement operates in Croatia. It is interesting that now, after six years of business, the withdrawal of OBI from the Croatian market is being considered.\n\nIn accordance with the general trends of reduction and decrease as compared to previous years, the last company on the most recent issue of the 500 best companies list is according to all indicators also smaller.\n\nThe last issue of the best 500 was ended by Renault Nissan Hrvatska with added value of EUR 3.3 million, while this issue’s 500th place is taken by Primabiro from Čakovac with EUR 2.8 million of added value. Despite the decrease with regard to this indicator, Renault achieved better results taking the 487th position of the current list, while Primabiro, another metalworking company from Međimurje, fell from the 475th to the last place. Nevertheless, the metalworking sector and its growth are among the best news of the 2012 best list. Let us hope that this will prove to be a long-term trend during the next five or ten years, and a drop of such production and export companies on the list only an exception.\n“`
